Thank you for visiting the WealthBlizzard.com website ("Site"), owned and operated by ICI Global Media ("Company"). By using and/or accessing the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms and Conditions") (including the arbitration and class action waiver provisions below), the Privacy Policy, and any and all other applicable Company operating rules, policies, and supplemental terms and conditions that may be published from time to time (collectively, the "Agreement"). Please review the complete terms carefully. If you do not agree to the Agreement in its entirety, you are not authorized to use the Site in any manner or form.

I. Requirements

The Site is not intended for use by individuals under eighteen (18) years of age. The Site, and the ability to apply for Services, are available only to individuals at least eighteen (18) years of age who can enter into legally binding contracts under applicable law, and who are residents of the United States.

II. Agreement Acceptance

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between you and WealthBlizzard with respect to your use of this Site, and supersedes all prior agreements. We may amend the Agreement from time to time in our sole discretion. The latest Agreement will be posted on the Site, and you should review the Agreement prior to using the Site.

III. Description of the Site

The Site provides users with an opportunity to apply for products and/or services ("Services") offered by WealthBlizzard's partner service providers (the "Partner Service Providers"). Please be advised that WealthBlizzard does not itself provide services, and the ultimate terms and conditions of any product or service provided by its Partner Service Providers will be determined by those Partner Service Providers.

The information that you supply on the Site includes, but is not limited to: (a) your first name; (b) your last name; (c) your email address; (d) your telephone number; (e) ZIP code; and (f) any other information requested in a web form contained on the Site (collectively, the "Site Registration Data"). WealthBlizzard's use of the Site Registration Data shall be governed by the Privacy Policy.

Upon entering your Site Registration Data and clicking on the applicable submission button, you may be redirected to the Site of a Third Party Service Provider. WealthBlizzard may also transfer your Site Registration Data to its Third Party Service Providers in connection with facilitating your Services application.

IV. Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to use all information regarding your use of the Site in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared or sold to third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. By clicking the Get Started button on the Site, you affirm that you have read and agree to this Site's Terms and Conditions (including the arbitration provision and the E-SIGN consent) and Privacy Policy and authorize WealthBlizzard to contact you at the phone number you entered even if your phone is a mobile number or is currently listed on any state, federal, or corporate "Do Not Call" list. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help.

V. Proprietary Rights

The content, organization, graphics, design, compilation, software, services and other matters related to the Site are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks and other proprietary rights. The copying, redistribution, publication or sale by you of any part of the Site is strictly prohibited. The Site name and logo, and all associated graphics, icons and service names, are trademarks of WealthBlizzard.

VI. License Grant

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable and limited license to access and use the Site and associated content in accordance with the Agreement. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or transfer the Site or any portion thereof.

VII. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold WealthBlizzard, its parents, subsidiaries and related companies, and each of their respective members, officers, directors, owners, employees, agents, co-branders and/or other partners, harmless from and against any and all claims arising out of: (a) your use of the Site and/or Services; (b) your breach of the Agreement; (c) any dispute between you and any Third Party Service Providers; and/or (d) your violation of any rights of another individual and/or entity.

VIII. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site, Services and/or any other products and/or services that you may apply for through the Site are provided to you on an "as is" and "as available" basis and all warranties, express and implied, are disclaimed to the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law.

IX. Partner Websites

The Site may provide link out or refer you to partner websites. WealthBlizzard has no control over such partner websites, and is not responsible for the availability, content, advertising, services, products or other materials of such partner websites.

X. Limitation of Liability

You expressly understand and agree that WealthBlizzard shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential and/or exemplary damages including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses. If applicable law does not permit such limitations, the maximum liability of WealthBlizzard to you under any and all circumstances will be three hundred dollars ($300.00).

XI. E-Sign Consent

By clicking the Get Started button on the Site, you adopt such as your electronic signature, and consent and agree that: WealthBlizzard may provide you with electronic communications and disclosures via email, by making them accessible on this Site or other website designated by WealthBlizzard; and your electronic signature on agreements and documents has the same effect as if you signed them in writing.

You may withdraw your consent to receive electronic Communications at any time by contacting us at info@wealthblizzard.com.

XII. Dispute Resolution Provisions

The Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware (without regard to conflict of law principles). In the event of any dispute arising under or related to the Site, Services, or terms and conditions of the Agreement, the parties agree to exclusively submit their dispute for resolution by binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association in accordance with the then current Commercial Arbitration rules of the American Arbitration Association ("AAA").

To the extent permitted by law, you agree that you will not bring, join or participate in any class action lawsuit or class wide arbitration as to any claim, dispute or controversy that you may have against WealthBlizzard.

You may opt-out of these dispute resolution provisions by providing written notice of your decision within thirty (30) days of the date that you first access the Site.

XIII. Miscellaneous

Should any part of the Agreement be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect.

XIV. SMS Terms and Conditions

These Terms apply to text messaging opt-ins for the WealthBlizzard.com text messaging program. Our SMS campaign may inform subscribers regarding customer care, account notifications, opt-in/opt-out confirmations and service updates. Message frequency varies. SMS messaging is available through most major U.S. carriers, including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and Sprint. Carrier support may vary. Contact your carrier for details on SMS availability and rates. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Mobile subscribers' phone numbers will NEVER be shared or sold to third parties.

Opting-In to the Service

Enrollment in the Service requires you to provide your mobile phone number and agree to these terms and conditions. Note that you are not permitted to enroll if you are under 18 years of age. Before the Service starts, you will need to agree to these terms. WealthBlizzard.com reserves the right to stop offering the Service at any time, with or without notice.

By opting into the Service, you:

Acknowledge that you do not have to agree to receive messages as a condition of purchase.
Confirm that you are the subscriber to the phone number submitted for opt-in and that you are authorized to opt in.
Consent to the use of an electronic record to document your opt-in.

Message Frequency

Once you affirm your choice to opt in to the Service, your message frequency may vary.

Charges and Carriers

Message and data rates may apply. Please consult your service agreement or contact your wireless carrier to determine your phone's pricing plan and the charges for sending and receiving text messages. You acknowledge that you are responsible for any message, data, or other costs incurred (such as usage and subscription plan) as a result of using the Service. The Service may not be available on all wireless carriers. WealthBlizzard.com may add or remove any wireless carrier from the Service at any time without notice.

Stopping Service

To stop receiving text messages from WealthBlizzard.com, text the word STOP to any of the text messages you have received. This is the required method for opting out as listed in your message. You acknowledge that the text message platform may not recognize and respond to unsubscribe requests that do not include the STOP keyword command and agree that WealthBlizzard.com and its service providers will have no liability for failing to honor such requests. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent to you unless you opt back in to the Service.
